A. Select Your Mailing List Shakespeare's Theatrical Database & Mailing List Manager identifies who handles theatre, film, TV, commercials, industrials, voiceovers, print, extra work and kids. Select only the people you want to send to, as few as 50 or as many as you like. Set up various lists according to your specific needs and have a different message or mailing schedule for each. You do this online. Email talent@shakespearemailing.com to schedule an appointment. Industry movement is tracked to keep your file current. If there are people you would like to contact that are not on our master list, they can be entered as “client supplied names”. Receive a .pdf printout that shows the address, phone number, and areas of the business handled by each of contact.

B. Write Your Message Shakespeare crafts your written message verbally and graphically to have the strongest possible impact. We consult on what to say and will write and typeset your message for you. Shakespeare emails a .pdf proof prior to printing so you can confirm that your message is properly conveyed.

C. Print Personalized Correspondence Shakespeare prints your message with personal salutations and your scanned color signature on the backs of your photo postcards, inside flyers, or as cover letters on letterhead to mail with your picture and resume. Postcards and flyers are mailed directly from our lettershop with a sample sent to you. You have the option with picture/resume mailings to leave your materials with us to staple, stuff, seal and stamp, or complete your mailing at home in which case we provide customized address labels for each cover letter, prepared with your name and return address in fonts coordinating your letterhead and resume. Shakespeare will custom typeset and layout your vital information for maximum appeal and impact. Your repros will look great and our specially selected paper stocks are suitable for printing messages and resumes on the back using most desktop printers. (Request samples to test your printer for compatibility.) We also offer feedback on your photos and consult on which photo(s) to use. Your headshot only has value when it is seen by others, so order enough to distribute them properly.
